Football, pizza, great conversations and a brand new docuseries. ⚽🍕🎬

Had such a fun evening at the Pledgeball x Football Manager watch party and special screening of Route 26.

It was great to hear from Laurence McKenna, Alex Moneypenny, Katie Cross and Alexei Rojas about the making of the series, while catching up with so many creators and football fans along the way.

A huge thank you to for having me!

If you’re looking for your next football watch, I’d definitely recommend checking out Route 26, now live on YouTube channel. 🙌🌍

Manchester City have confirmed that Sydney Lohmann has undergone hip surgery ahead of the 2026/27 season.

The Germany international will now begin her rehabilitation with the club’s medical team and is expected to miss the start of the new campaign.

Wishing Sydney a smooth recovery and hoping to see her back on the pitch soon. 💙

As it stands, London City have about 11 players too many so it’ll be very interesting to see who they sell and put out loan

42,175 fans. A record breaking night for women’s sport in New York. 🗽🏟️

Gotham FC made history by selling out Citi Field for the Queens Classic, with 42,175 supporters in attendance. It is now the largest crowd ever recorded for a women’s sporting event in New York City, surpassing the previous record of 28,143 set at the 2023 US Open women’s final.

It also became the second highest attendance in NWSL history, behind only Denver Summit FC’s inaugural home match earlier this year.

This wasn’t just another league fixture. It was the first ever NWSL match played in New York City, staged during one of the biggest weeks in football as the FIFA World Cup Final took place just across the river. The occasion showed exactly what is possible when women’s football is given a world class stage.

Just a few years ago, crowds of this size felt almost unimaginable. Now they are becoming a reality across women’s football. Stadium records continue to fall, investment is increasing and demand from supporters keeps growing.

She’s genuinely a good player, she needs to go somewhere where she will get played !!

She was on loan with Brighton last season and played 966 minutes and had 5 goals involvements in the WSL. She had 39 goal involvements in her 68 appearances with Häcken!!!

Rosa Kafaji’s Arsenal chapter comes to an end. ❤️

The Swedish international has completed a permanent move to fellow WSL side London City Lionesses after one season with Arsenal.

Kafaji joined the Gunners in 2025 and went on loan to Brighton.

She now links up with Michele Kang’s ambitious London City project, joining a growing list of high profile arrivals including Alexia Putellas, Mapi León, Mary Earps, Grace Geyoro, Kadidiatou Diani and Freya Godfrey.

Another statement signing from London City as they continue to reshape the WSL transfer market. 🌆🦁⚽

(Guys don’t hate me for the image choice it was so hard to find her in an Arsenal jersey lol)
