1 of the exercises from my training this morning.
Rack Pulls.

I've recently added them on my training programme to increase my overall grip and strength as due to lack of consistency on training, obviously, I've lost strength.

Rack Pulls are a variation of the traditional Deadlift. Performing this exercise regularly comes with benefits such as increasing strength, reducing injury risk, and promoting muscle development.

*Highlight of 2021!!*

This is What a 8 week transformation can look like.

We have decided to do a cut, never having in mind to jump on a stage on a short time.
It was, basically, a last minute decision to see what would be the outcome and to make sure we stayed on plan. No distractions.

This was the first time I've ever prepped an Athlete. And I couldn't be prouder and happier with how Shub looked.
Naturally, we have managed to achieve a healthy, symmetric, shredded look.
All of this after having a not so good 2021, no off season either and no consistency on training or diet before the 8 week plan.

Out of 3 categories, we brought home a πŸ₯ˆ2nd Place, a Pro Athlete Card and invites for next year's finals.

Now it's time to set back, set new plans and see where this journey goes.

No matter what life throws at you, if you really want to make it happen, you work your a$$ off and make it happen!
