Our New & Exclusive Boxing Bootcamp is now live! Join us on an 8-week camp where we go through boxing and self defence. You will be learning from a female England boxing coach who will show you all the different techniques. It will be fun, intense and most importantly will help you lose weight. It will take place twice a week, every Thursday 8-9pm and every Sunday 2-3pm. It starts on the week beginning 11th May and we have a 1 week free trial period. You can book a class this Thursday and Sunday free of charge to get a taster session. Please note: It’s first come, first serve and if you would like to book for the Bootcamp, let the ladies know at reception or contact us via WhatsApp for the full details.
