I come across a lot of women who are just starting their weight loss/ body change journey and they find it hard to visualise themselves further down the road. I often look at this picture and can't believe this is me... But it reminds me anything is possible and I hope it makes others feel the same. Don't ever lose sight of where it is you want to be... The destination can change but enjoy your journey.. Own your journey. The next 7 days determine how much closer you are to your goals by next Sunday have a blessed week.
