1. Bench Press
2. Deadlift
3. Squat
A Compound movement is a movement that utilises multiple muscle groups at once.
Compound movements can be very effective for building strength, especially when going heavy and operating within a low rep range (1 - 5 reps).
Adding a resistance band into the mix gradually increases the resistance throughout the lift and is fantastic for helping you get past platues and sticky patches.
