Hello everyone!
AFTER A LONG LONG Lockdown, we are happy to annouce that we have finally finished jumping hoops to reopen in a number of locations.
I am really excited and very happy to annouce that we will be forming a Ladies ONLY (8 week program) in Self Defence and in Boxing which will be covered by myself and our coach Milan Keric. Over the next few days I will be posting start dates for classes and program dates and locations for those interested to sign up.
I look forward to seeing you all on the mats soon.

Due to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and Governmnet Announcement on Friday, classes will be closed until further notice.

Sunday
12 Noon: Kids Kick Boxing
1pm: MMA

New location in Staines will be announced soon with dates.
From June, Pay as You Go will be £15 per class.
New monthly memberships will be posted soon and will start in July.
Current members with monthly memberships will not have their memberships changed as they will stay frozen 😊.
