Who said you can’t have the shake while doing Mat Pilates? Mat Pilates is being underrated in ours days with many new forms of “ Pilates”. To make accurate mouvements and using the correct muscles while doing an exercice it can take time, months and sometimes years. Having a shake while stretching could come from different reasons. Muscles fatigue, isometric holds, weak stabilise muscles and neuromuscular coordination ( the brain is learning new mouvement patterns, this learning process is show up as a trembling) 💕
