🏋🏻♂️Perfect pre-workout snack💪🏻
Homemade peanut, cashew, date and cocoa butter.
Handful of 🥜
Handful of cashews
5 fresh organic dates
Sprinkle of cinnamon and turmeric
1/2 squeezed 🍋
A
Bit of water
🥄 of coconut 🥥 oil
🥄 of cocoa
Served with any fruits or crackers ☕️

Very simple gluten free apple cake from a scratch
Ingredients:
3 eggs
2 tsp cinnamon
2 ripe bananas
1 squeezed orange
4 tbsps Greek yogurts ( yo valley organic )
1 cup of organic coconut flour
1/2 water
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/2 grated green apple
1 grated sweet potato
1 tbsps honey
Toppings:
3 apples and cinnamon
Whisk eggs, add mashed bananas, yogurt and rest of the ingredients.
Tip: Mixer should be more thicker than runny.
Use round baking pan greased with coconut oil. Use apple and cinnamon toppings.
Bake for 45 mins/170C

Veľmi jednoduchý bez lepokovy vymysleny jablkový koláč
ingrediencie:
3 vajcia
2 lyžičky škorice
2 zrelé banány
1 stava z pomaranča
4 lyžice gréckych jogurtov
1 šálka organickej kokosovej múky
1/2 šálky vody
1 lyžička sody bikarbony
1/2 strúhaneho zeleneho jablka
1 strúhaný sladky zemiak
1 lyžica medu
Navrch:
3 jablká, škorica, vajcia, pridať roztlacene banány, jogurt a zvyšok prísad.
Typ: cesto ma byt tuhsie nie lievane.
Použite okrúhlu formu vymastenu kokosovým olejom. Navrch poukladajte jablko a škoricu
Pečieme 45 minút/170C😍☕️🥥
