Where do you find your inspiration, a moment of quiet between the busy-ness of a work week, time to reflect on what’s been achieved?
Here’s our Ops Manager, , enjoying a coffee date between managing the day to day runnings of SEVEN.
“In winter, I love finding quaint coffee shops and reading a few chapters (of whichever book I’m nose deep in at the time), before starting my work day. During summer, you’ll find me sprawled out on the sand after a dip in the Atlantic Ocean, getting a healthy dose of Vitamin D and icy water before diving into emails. Quiet moments of reflection are so important for me - seeing where I was a month, a week, a day ago and where I am today. Seeing what needs to be done, and what has been done. It helps me to have a clear vision and focus for what’s next... and there’s always something next!”
