I spoke to a medical professional yesterday who I now seen twice this year as a I have a hereditary condition that I kinda knew I had (you know that feeling!) but had it confirmed this year
I said I’ve implemented a few strategies and I’m hoping there is a change in myself that I can’t feel or physically see.
We chatted after the consultation and she said keep doing what your doing 😊
This is one of them by adding hydration to the body to help the lymphatic system and the skin health
Changes are happening behind the scene, underneath you don’t always see them but they are happening. Slow progress is still progress
