Please say hello to Lucia. Originally from Italy, she moved to London in 2021 to start a new chapter. Moving away from home brought disorientation and fear, but also excitement and curiosity. Yoga practice helped her realise that true home is within oneself. She recognized that life is short, and we have the power to realign our paths with our present desires and aspirations, beyond past choices. This led Lucia to quit my corporate job and fully embrace teaching yoga.

Her classes are intelligently sequenced and designed to create a space where students can experiment, have fun, feel grounded, and find moments of quiet introspection. Lucias' goal as a yoga teacher is to inspire students to find their true home within themselves.
