I am MORE than happy with how this girls progressed.

These things take time and hard work and she puts in the graft, in our sessions, bootcamp, group training and also has the confidence to train on her own too!
We have slowly dropped her calories recently as she is going to ibiza soon and I it's safe to say , Wayne Lineker will be straight over to ye girllll. π

From eating disorder, to pregnancy, to training hard through an eating disorder to now!
Vic is currently on 2000 calories but at her highest she was on 2500, which we have slowly tapered down π«‘
When she was edging back to wanting to be "skinny" she was 59kg and we have built her back up to a healthy and strong 64kg!
I think all those calories are going to those triceps ππͺ
