BrainTONIC™ Summer: The 1M Step Challenge 26/06/2026

🎉 BrainTONIC Summer Kickoff + Festive Friday LIVE today!

I didn’t manage to do a BIG official kickoff party earlier this week…

Because real life happened.

Heatwave.
Sick child.
Then me getting heat exhaustion too.
Still recovering from my eye situation.
Swollen eye in this UK heat.
Piles of work still not done.
Posts not posted.
Things not finished.

So today’s Festive Friday LIVE is also going to be our simple BrainTONIC Summer kickoff party 🎉

And the theme is:

Celebrate your wins.

Not just the BIG, shiny, obvious achievements.

The tiny wins.
The survival wins.
The “I didn’t give up” wins.
The “I looked after someone” wins.
The “I rested instead of pushing” wins.
The “I got through the week” wins.

Because your brain needs to register progress...not just pressure.

Today I’ll be going LIVE on Instagram in under 1 hour to talk about:

☀️ What BrainTONIC Summer is
🧠 How it all started
🪫 Why so many of us are living in BrainTOXIC environments
📱 Technitis: the modern brain strain from too much tech, tabs, notifications and digital demand
🔋 What drains and charges your Brain Battery
🎉 Why no win is too small to celebrate!!

And I’ll also share a little about BrainTONIC Week, where I’ll be teaching the full BrainTONIC framework.

Come join me LIVE!

Bring one tiny win from your week.

Messy wins count.
Recovery wins count.
Survival wins count.
Unseen wins count.

See you on Instagram in under 1 hour 🎉

Ever noticed what happens to your tongue when you’re stressed?

It presses against the roof of your mouth.

It tightens.

It braces.

And your brain interprets that tension as a signal that something isn’t quite right.

So before your next:

✔️ Board meeting
✔️ Presentation
✔️ Interview
✔️ Investor pitch
✔️ Podcast appearance
✔️ Difficult conversation

Try this:

R.Y.T. = Relax Your Tongue

Three words.

Three seconds.

That’s it.

When we’re under pressure, we unconsciously brace.

One of the places that tension often shows up is the tongue, jaw, face, and throat.

Relaxing your tongue sends a powerful signal of safety to your nervous system.

And when your nervous system feels safer, it’s easier to:

→ Think clearly
→ Speak confidently
→ Stay present
→ Access your expertise
→ Perform at your best

This is one of my favourite Brain Battery Quick Hits because you can use it anywhere.

In the boardroom.

On stage.

Before an important meeting.

Or just before you unmute yourself on Zoom.

🧠 Save this for your next high-stakes moment.

🔁 Share it with someone who could use it before their next presenta

Which one worked best for you:
1, 2 or 3? ⬇️

And how did it make you feel?

1️⃣ Breath of fire → energising + activating
2️⃣ Box breathing → focus + emotional regulation
3️⃣ Longer exhale breathing → calming + parasympathetic activation

Different breathing patterns create different brain states.

Your breath is one of the fastest ways to influence your nervous system, stress response, mental clarity, and emotional state.

Most high performers try to manage stress with mindset alone. But your physiology affects your psychology, so changing your physiology will change your psychology.

But your physiology affects your psychology.

This is why nervous system regulation matters for:

• stress management
• mental clarity
• anxiety reduction
• emotional regulation
• cognitive performance
• burnout prevention
• focus and energy

Follow for neuroscience-based tools for brain performance, nervous system regulation, mental energy, and sustainable success.

Save this for when your brain feels overloaded.
