GLP-1s aren’t the solution. They’re a shortcut. And shortcuts come at a cost.
Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro… And now peptides like Retatrutide (“reta”) that everyone’s getting excited about.
Yes, they work!
Trials show 10–15% body weight loss. Newer compounds like retatrutide? Early studies are pushing 20%+. Impressive. (Google told me)
But let’s not bullsh*t ourselves, that’s not the full picture.
Because what they don’t do…
Is it the reason you needed them in the first place?
They don’t build structure.
They don’t build discipline. They don’t build a body that performs under pressure.
And for most people. They’re just masking lazy habits.
What weight loss “success” can look like. The same research shows (Googled it, again…)
* Up to ~30–40% of weight lost can be lean muscle mass
* Weight regain is common once you come off
* Many regain a significant portion within 12 months without lifestyle change
So if you’re taking it… But not changing anything else?
You’re not transforming.You’re renting results.
Let’s be f*cking honest for a second You’re an adult.
* Eat like an adult 🍽️
* Train 3–4x per week 🏋️
* Get your basics in check
Come on!
That’s not a capability issue.That’s a standards issue.
If you are using GLP-1s or peptides like reta. Do it properly or don’t bother.
1. Fix your food habits
2. Lift weights (non-negotiable)
3. Build routines that don’t rely on a jab
A lot of people in the Western world are being sold this as an “easy fix.” Doctors push it. Pharma profits from it. And sheep “people” buy into it because it’s easier than doing the work. That doesn’t make it smart. It makes it convenient.
GLP-1s and peptides can be tools. But if you’re not building habits, structure, and strength alongside it…You’re just delaying the inevitable.
And deep down, you know that.

Let me be clear about what I do.
I never planned on being a personal trainer, a coach or a bodybuilder. I started training to get stronger for my previous sport. That time period was confusing, just like it is for anyone between 18–22 years old…
What the f*ck do I do with my life❔
I started personal training to earn some extra cash for my kayaking, which quickly led me down a different path. I fell in love with personal training. At the time, I was training to build muscle and change my body shape. If you want this, that’s bodybuilding in a nutshell.
I knew a trainer at the gym I was at, and he had done a few bodybuilding shows.
I looked up to him. I asked him for help, and that’s what led me to fall in love with bodybuilding and to transform my physique.
I could say the rest is history.
But I think people get it confused. I f*cking love the bodybuilding lifestyle, eating the same meals, training hard, and changing my body shape. But bodybuilding and aiming to compete isn’t for everyone. I personally don’t recommend it for most people!
What I do believe in, no matter what walk of life you’re from, whether you’ve got a family, kids, a hungry and busy career or business, or maybe you’re in a really low point in your life where it’s hard to see the light.
Start acting like a bodybuilder. Like an athlete. Just not to the extreme.
- Eat 3 meals a day.
- Train hard 3–5 times per week.
- Prioritise your routine, sleep, and hydration.
Act as if you care about your body and that you want it to be better.
That is being an athlete. That is bodybuilding.
This is what I teach all my clients, no matter their role. Mum, stay at home parent, manager, electrician, photographer, salesperson, caregiver or anything in between.
Right now, I’m enjoying what I do. I enjoy bodybuilding. But I know it won’t last forever and I can feel that transition slowly starting to happen… But the lessons I’ve learned from being an athlete and from bodybuilding… that’s what I teach.
Because at the end of the day, it’s the only real way to truly transform your body.

Sam wasn’t new to the gym. In fact, he had a good foundation, training 3+ times a week, a solid plan, and he ate well 👌
So why did he still look like he didn’t lift? Still stuck looking skinny fat?
A bit of muscle, sure. But that layer of fat just wouldn’t shift. The physique he actually wanted still felt out of reach.
So you start questioning things...
Maybe it’s the diet.
Maybe it’s the program.
Maybe it’s the supplements.
Maybe you just haven’t found the right approach yet.
So you switch. Try something new. Go again 🔂
But nothing ever sticks long enough to actually work. That’s the cycle that keeps most guys f*cking stuck. It’s not a lack of effort or knowledge. It’s a lack of follow through.
Because a body transformation doesn’t come from constantly changing direction. It comes from committing to one path and seeing it through, even when it’s frustrating… even when you don’t see instant results.
That’s where most people quit.
Sam had those same moments, even with me coaching him because he’s a f*cking human.
Days when he questioned if it was even working. Days when it felt like he still had a long way to go. That doesn’t go away. The difference is, he didn’t act on those thoughts, with me there by his side.
He followed the plan and trusted the plan, that’s why it worked.
I keep things very f*cking simple. We had a timeline. We had a plan mapped out. Sam just executed. We adjusted when needed but never abandoned the plan.
And that’s the difference when you’re not doing it alone. When you’ve got someone in your corner keeping you accountable, pulling you back when your head starts to wander, guiding you through the phases where progress feels slow, you stop second guessing everything.
You just execute.
And over time, that’s what changes everything. Is it easy? Not even close. But it’s also painful to stay where you are. At some point, you choose your hard. Because you’re sick of your current position.
To trust the process long enough for it to actually work.
If you’re sick of the lack of results you’re seeing right now and you truly want to change your body, message me “results” and I’ll send you all the coaching info ℹ️

Photoshoots 📸 for women hit different… especially when you’ve watched someone like Saskia evolve through every phase of the journey.
Women don’t just bring one “look” to a shoot. They bring a story.
And is the perfect example of that. I still remember her saying, “I don’t like the gym.”
Fast forward nearly five years… and now she’s stepping into photoshoots as a completely different woman. Not just physically, but mentally.
Because it was never just about abs, muscle tone or dropping dress sizes.
It was about everything in between.
The setbacks.
The phases.
The stress.
The times she didn’t feel like showing up… but did anyway.
And for so many women over 30… this hits even deeper.
Because it’s not just about changing your body anymore. It’s about proving to yourself that you’re not f*cking stuck.
That it’s not “too late.” That your best shape, your strongest mindset, your most confident self… can still be built! After years of putting others first.
After busy careers, responsibilities, and life pulling you in every direction. After moments where you’ve maybe lost yourself a little along the way. This is about taking that back.
That’s what makes women’s transformations so powerful.
Saskia has gone through it all. Fat loss phases, building her shape, pushing performance and evolving her standards every single time. And that’s the beauty of it.
Women get to celebrate more than just the end result.
– Strength built over time
– Identity shifts that change everything
– Confidence earned through consistency and hard work
Every photoshoot Saskia has done hasn’t just been a physical milestone…
It’s been a marker of who she’s becoming.
A stronger woman.
A more resilient woman.
A woman who shows up for herself no matter what life throws at her.
Yes, the physique is incredible 🔥 But the real transformation?
It’s the woman behind the photos. That’s what makes this so powerful. And that’s why women’s photoshoots will always be different.
I’m f*cking excited for Saskia’s next one!
Woman who are ready to take back control, level up and build a body and mindset you’re damn proud of…

At some point, both your relationship and your body will test your patience.
Not the beginning.
Not the excitement.
Not the “new plan, new motivation” phase.
But the middle… The part where you’ve been showing up… and things still aren’t where you want them to be.
You’re training consistently.
You’re in the gym every week.
You know what you’re doing.
But when you look in the mirror… It’s not matching the effort you feel like you’re putting in.
So you start questioning things...
“Am I doing something wrong?”
“Should I be further ahead by now?”
“Is there something better I could be doing?”
That’s exactly what happens in a relationship too.
You’ve been with someone for a while now.
You’re committed. You show up. You care. You’re putting in effort.
But things aren’t perfect…
Maybe the spark isn’t as intense.
Maybe communication isn’t always smooth.
Maybe it’s not looking like the “ideal” relationship you had in your head. That same thought creeps in.
“Is this right… or is there something better out there?”
This is where most people fold.
In relationships, they leave something good chasing greener grass. A body transformation journey, they jump to a new program, a new diet, a new trend, hoping this will finally be the thing that works.
But it f*cking won’t.
The issue usually isn’t that what you’re doing isn’t working… It’s that you haven’t stayed with it long enough, gone deep enough to make it work.
Progress isn’t about doing more! It’s about doing things better.
In a relationship, that means.
Communicating more honestly.
Understanding your partner more deeply.
Addressing problems instead of avoiding them.
In a body transformation, that means.
Training with real intent, not just going through the motions.
Dialling in your nutrition properly (not just “kind of eating well”)
Tracking, adjusting, and being honest about what’s actually missing.
It’s less exciting… but exitng doesnt get results.
This is the phase where most people sabotage themselves.
They confuse boredom with lack of progress.
They confuse slow progress with no progress.
But the people who actually get results?
They stay.
They stop chasing the “what’s next” and start refining what they already have.
They ask... “Where can I improve?” instead of “What should I change completely?”
Because whether it’s your body or your relationship… The magic isn’t in starting over. It’s in staying long enough.
Becuase a relationship is hard work.
Transforming your body is hard work.
Now you have to pick, do you want to be entertained or a result?

Throwback to when Benji got into photoshoot condition… and honestly, it’s become a lifestyle for him now.
Yesterday, he sent me a training clip of him touching two plates on an incline press, and it made me reflect on the journey we’ve been on together.
had no intention of doing a photoshoot 📸
It wasn’t the goal when we started. But this is what happens when you surpass what you once thought was possible 📈
Benji wasn’t new to the gym. He’d been training on and off for years. And that’s important to mention.
Because the problem wasn’t that he couldn’t be consistent. He’d already proven he could stick to the gym for months at a time. So what was actually broken?
The plan.
Benji lacked a clear plan that could produce real results.
He was going into the gym, winging his workouts, with no real roadmap for his training, nutrition, or even for structuring his days around work. When you’re putting the effort in but not seeing progress, motivation eventually drops.
That’s what kept pulling him off track.
Because the real issue usually isn’t consistency. It’s a lack of results… and an unsustainable system.
So I fixed that
I gave Benji a clear plan of action. Mapping out every workout, every meal, his daily routine, and the small milestones to hit along the way.
And when the right structure was in place…
The results came fast.
Which tends to happen when someone has already been training on and off for years. The potential is there, it just needs direction. By taking things one day at a time, Benji started seeing the changes he’d always wanted in his physique.
His motivation kept climbing… Until eventually he got into photoshoot shape.
And now? He’s still pushing, stronger than ever. Well f*cking done bro! Onto the next goal.
If consistency is your issue…
And you’re one of those people who always says “I need to get back to it”… Maybe the real problem isn’t discipline. Maybe it’s that you don’t have a plan that actually works.
Message me “let’s go” and I’ll show you how you can get results like Benji.
