The guns are loading! 💪🏾 one trick for growing arms is sparing time to work on all the arm exercises you NEVER do! Have a think about that, working muscles like the brachialis and the forearms etc are the trick😉. Thank me later.

- to develop your back you need to FEEL it trust me. All you gorillas throwing around heavy weight need to@simplify the movement and the feeling, once you can feel an intense squeeze on a light weight then increase the weight but never lose the intensity on your muscle contraction and your muscle stretches.

☯️Natural Muscle Upper Body exercise!
Ring or TRX Chest Press:
- get more depth than your conventional press.
- build a lot more strength due to the instability of the handles.
- This forces all stability muscles around shoulders & core to work.
Exercise:
10 sets 10 reps 60-90 secs rest.
Completing this will help you lift heavier when it comes to your bench press or dumbbell press 😉
