I had a big break: from July 2022 to April 2023 I was focused solely on my kids and creating an essential and nourishing shift into an alternative way of being. During the midst of the changes it was hard to imagaine being back leading courses again. Now that I am it feels amazing! Thank you to all the amazing humans who have been trusting me and training with me ❤️❤️❤️

A week of gratitude, because I got to spend most of it with these superstars!!! Aerial Audition at Gymbox on Monday followed by 2 days of CircusFit Flyers Teacher Training. When we re-opened under covid secure restrictions, circuit formats were not allowed because of sharing equipment and rotating around stations. I almost forgot how much fun a strict Aerial strength and conditioning class is. Welcome back to the Gymbox timetables! We missed you 🎪🎪🎪❤️❤️❤️🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

Inverted side bends and twists to open up and the side space and let go of what is no longer needed. Aerial Yoga should be a practice that physically heals, not hurts, promoting balance and restoration in the body ❤️🙏🏽🥰
Our circus baby Marlowe is going to be a one year old tomorrow! A quarter of his little life spent in lockdown... will have lots of stories for when he is old enough to make sense of it all! Thank you to everyone who has been such an amazing part of Marlowe's first year, those of you who met him as a bump, or met him as a babe, you have all been part of his little universe. Last week the first instructor cohort of 2020 completed their CircusFit Flyers Level 1 Teacher Training at Gymbox Old Street!! Tomorrow begins CircusFit Dynamic Aerial Yoga Teacher Training at Gymbox Cannon Street and I can't wait for the fun to begin all over again
