This September has brought a lot of changes. Soon James Smith Academy will cease to exist which will close a big chapter in my professional life.
This job has enabled me to continue doing what I love while moving countries, being pregnant and carrying for my son. I’m grateful for the opportunities it gave me ❤️
I will still continue to coach and program online - just through different platform. You can find the link to it in my bio (you can also just use this app for free to track your current workouts).
This change will also allow me to get back to in person Personal Training (in Torun, and - of course - in Polish). More about it soon 😊
I’m also in the process of getting my Pilates qualifications with MS Studio Szkolenia Pilates studio - a great addition to my current training knowledge which I can wait to implement in the future trainings!
Like with everything, change is not always easy but I’m realising that this will enable me to grow as a Personal Trainer and Coach ✨
If I had a chance to work with you and program for you through JSA, thank you! I hope it’s not a goodbye 😊
Fitness industry is not the easiest work environment, but thanks to James Smith and James Shaw, it was still possible for me to work in the online capacity. Thank you!
