This week marks Mental Health Awareness Week 2026 💚
Led by the Mental Health Foundation, this year’s theme, Take Action, is a powerful reminder that mental health matters every single day — not only in moments of crisis, but in the small everyday choices that support our wellbeing over time.
At The Heart of Holistic Health, we believe mental wellbeing is deeply connected to the whole person — mind, body, emotions, stress levels, lifestyle, connection, and nervous system health.
Sometimes taking action looks like:

✨ Talking openly about how you feel

✨ Checking in on someone else
✨ Prioritising your wellbeing before burnout
