We’re very excited to officially welcome Bethany to the Urban teaching team! 🤍

But Bethany isn’t exactly new to Urban...

A client with us since 2022, Bethany went on to complete her Reformer Pilates Teacher Training with us last year, and now she’s stepping onto the other side of the Reformer with us! We absolutely love seeing that journey come full circle!

With a background in dance and athletics, expect contemporary, full-body classes with creative flows and plenty of layers, pulses, holds… bring on those Reformer shakes 🫨🫨
Her aim? To help you move with confidence, build strength from the inside out and leave every class feeling stronger, fitter and ready for more.
