For decades, opponents of cannabis reform warned that legalisation would lead to more crime.
The evidence continues to point in the opposite direction.
A new study found that medical cannabis legalisation was associated with reductions in property crime, while recreational legalisation was associated with reductions in violent crime.
Rather than fuelling crime, regulated cannabis markets may help reduce criminal activity by replacing illicit trade with legal, controlled access.
Another prediction of prohibition has failed to stand up to scrutiny.

Greece is tightening restrictions on cannabis-derived retail products 🇬🇷
New legislation and enforcement measures are restricting the sale of dried hemp/CBD flower products, while banning sales of cannabis-derived products through kiosks, mini markets and vending machines.
The move is being framed as a public health and consumer protection measure, particularly around youth access and unregulated products.
Greece continues to permit medical cannabis under prescription, but recreational cannabis remains illegal.

“The Biggest Killer on the Planet is Stress. The Best Medicine is and Always Has Been Cannabis.”
While cannabis isn’t a cure-all, a growing body of research suggests cannabinoids may help some people manage stress, anxiety, sleep issues and chronic pain when used appropriately.
For thousands of years, cannabis has been valued as both a medicinal plant and a source of wellbeing.
Modern science continues to explore how compounds like THC, CBD, CBG, CNB and the entourage effect interact with our endocannabinoid system to support balance throughout the body.
One thing is clear: chronic stress has become one of the biggest health challenges of our time.

Do You Use Cannabis For Pain Management? 🌱
Medical cannabis has been legal in the U.K. since 2018 and chronic pain remains one of the most common reasons patients are prescribed cannabis-based medicines through private clinics.
Research from the UK Medical Cannabis Registry continues to show promising real-world outcomes for patients living with chronic pain, fibromyalgia, cancer pain and sleep issues linked to pain. While more large-scale clinical trials are still needed, thousands of patients across the U.K. are already accessing prescribed cannabis medicine to improve quality of life.
The reality is… education around cannabis medicine is still lagging behind. Strict regulations, stigma and cautious advertising rules make it difficult to openly show how much this plant is helping people every single day.
That’s why patient voices matter.
Whether you’re prescribed medical cannabis or have experience using cannabis for pain management outside the medical system, share your story below 👇
The more honest experiences we share, the more confidence we build for the millions of people still unsure about cannabis medicine.
Right now, progress in the U.K. depends on cannabis patients speaking openly, breaking stigma and helping push cannabis medicine forward through all the division and red tape.

Cannabinoids created in labs are becoming a real thing 🧪🌱
Scientists can now produce compounds like THC and CBD without growing a single cannabis plant.
While this could improve consistency, research and pharmaceutical access, it also raises an important question:
Can a lab truly replicate the complexity of the cannabis plant?
Many patients and consumers believe the real power of cannabis comes from the entourage effect — the natural interaction between cannabinoids, terpenes and flavonoids working together as nature intended.
It’s why many people report full-spectrum and whole-plant products feel more effective than isolated cannabinoids alone.
Cannabis isn’t just one molecule. It’s an entire ecosystem of compounds evolving together over millions of years.
Lab-created cannabinoids may have a place in medicine and scientific advancement, but for many, the natural cannabis plant remains irreplaceable 🍃
What do you think — progress, profit, or both?

Cannabis remains the world’s most widely used illicit drug 🌍
According to the latest available global estimates published in the UNODC World Drug Report 2025, an estimated 244 million people used cannabis in 2023.
This graphic highlights estimated annual cannabis users across selected countries using the latest available international datasets.
Data reflects people aged 15–64 who reported cannabis use at least once in the past year and includes both medical and non-medical use where applicable.

A 2023 study published in the International Journal of Molecular Sciences found that CBG demonstrated broad anti-inflammatory effects in rheumatoid arthritis cell models, including reductions in inflammatory cytokines linked to joint damage and pain.
Researchers concluded that CBG “might be used as add-on therapy in RA.”
Additional 2025 preclinical research investigating CBG in rheumatoid arthritis models reported suppression of inflammatory signalling pathways associated with disease progression.
The science around non-intoxicating cannabinoids like CBG continues to expand rapidly.

Not all cannabis buds are the same.
Clear, cloudy, and amber trichomes can completely change the experience, potency, and effect profile of a flower.
Understanding the anatomy of a cannabis bud helps patients and consumers make more informed decisions — from terpene content to harvest timing.

Cannabis affects everyone differently, but UK research and clinical data continue to show benefits for some patients living with chronic pain, sleep disorders and appetite loss.
NHS guidance acknowledges there is evidence cannabis-based medicines may help certain types of pain, while findings from the UK Medical Cannabis Registry have also reported improvements in pain, sleep quality and overall wellbeing in some patients prescribed cannabinoid medicines.
Like any medication, cannabis isn’t risk-free and may not be suitable for everyone — but the evidence base and patient demand continue to grow. 🌱
