Where can we even begin to start. She is so beyond appreciated, valued and loved here at Leytonstone. The centre isn’t the same when her bright-eyed, bubbly self isn’t the first person welcoming you with the biggest smile. Julinda is friendly and informative to customers, going above and beyond to resolve queries. The names of customers that are floating around in that big brain of hers - immediately making them comfortable, safe and SEEN here. She is what makes the centre a home to not just the customers but to the rest of us staff too. We honestly don’t know what I would do without her. Well done to Julinda ❤️
