Hip mobility is one of those things we all know we should work on… but it’s easy to forget until something feels tight or off.
Our hips are at the center of so many movements—walking, sitting, bending, even how we hold tension. When they’re moving well, everything else tends to feel a bit easier too.
These are a few of my go-to hip mobility exercises that I come back to regularly and share in my classes. Nothing complicated, just simple, feel-good movements that help create a bit more space and ease in the body.
Take it slow, breathe through it, and notice what feels different ✨
Save this for later or come back to it whenever your body needs a reset 💚✨

A few months ago, I was honestly terrified.
Moving to a new area felt like starting from zero. I was afraid that my journey as a yoga teacher had come to an end… that everything I had built over the past 7 years would somehow disappear.
Letting go of that version of my life wasn’t easy. I tried to control things, to plan every outcome, to hold on tightly to what I knew.
But then I came across a Zen saying that truly stayed with me:
“When you stop forcing, what is meant for you arrives without struggle.”
And something shifted.
The moment I stopped trying to force everything into place… the moment I loosened my grip and trusted the process… things began to flow in ways I couldn’t have planned.
Opportunities appeared. Connections happened. New doors opened.
Not because I pushed harder, but because I finally allowed.
A gentle reminder (for you and for me), you don’t have to control everything. Sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do is trust, soften, and let life meet you where you are 🤍
