The sun is finally start to shine in the yard again!
With seasonal change comes physical change. Lighter longer days and more Sun (Hopefully).
Like seasons we should be changing with them, habits and routine should change slightly from your winter hibernation. Since the invention of electricity and lights we have eliminated this seasonal change we all require.
We should rise with the sun and sleep with the moon, get outside more with sun on the majority of our skin and make sure we keep ourself hydrated.
These are simple factors that have profound benefits to fitness and health.

This is very relatabile in Training. In a Training sense, this could be:
Coach a client through a decent one-to-one session, and they'll have a productive experiance.
Give a client a well-constructed program and explain "the why" behind. Then they'll make informed choices in Training for a lifetime.
Thats why we strongly believe in building YOUR knowledge of training, the why behind your exercise selection. To better understand you training and connect too it. If you don't know why, how can you connect to it?
We might not teach you how to fist, but we can teach you how to train for a lifetime.
