✨Straddle undershoot development ✨
Station focus:
• Moving from knees into a strong straddle on the line – developing flexibility, body awareness, and correct straddle shape.
• Moving from knees into a strong straddle onto a floor bar – reinforcing straddle position and confidence over an obstacle while maintaining alignment.
• Straddle undershoot preparation – introducing the shapes, timing, and coordination needed for the skill.
• Casts on the bar – building the strength and technique required for a successful straddle undershoot.
A great progression for developing the flexibility, strength, shapes, and confidence needed for a strong straddle undershoot on bars.
