Thierry representing on a great show with some excellent fights. Thank you to and for having us.

Thierry put in a lot of hard work for this camp and it showed, with some great combinations, sharp hands and strong kicks.

These are the four biggest positive male influences I’ve had in my life. (From left to right) My coaches Simon Wells and Will Kelly. My brother Leke and my late brother Jesse ❤️ all of these men are partly responsible for the person I am today. So if you don’t like me go talk to them 😂 but on a serious note I’m lucky to have found such strong, intelligent, bold, charming and courageous men to look up to and learn from. Happy Father’s Day x

This is a throwback to before I learnt about cutting water weight. I would cut from 73kg all the way down to 63kg just through dieting. The 1st pick is me a week out from a fight with 1kg left to lose. The 2nd is at the weigh in. The problem is on fight day, which is the day after the weigh in, I would still be 63kg where as my opponent on this occasion managed to rehydrate all the way back up to 71kg meaning he out weighed me by 8kg 🤦🏽‍♂️. I learnt a lot of hard lessons in my career and this was one of them. I believe with the knowledge I had now if I could go back in time I would have had a lot more success and probably enjoyed my life a lot more because losing 10kg over 6 weeks whilst training 5-6 hours a day and working is not fun. But my mistakes are my students blessings because now I can guide my fighters and teach them all of these lessons the easy way.
Shout out to for making me as strong as possible throughout 🙏🏽
