Thank you to everyone who donated this weekend at our Ukraine fundraiser 💙💛. We held 3 mat Pilates classes on line and had people dropping in to the studio to donate too.
Every penny will go to help the victims of this horrendous war.

In an earlier post I shared some key exercises to build core muscles. Have you tried them? How did you get on? 🤔
Our core strength is so important for balance, stability and supporting our body to do what we ask it to🤸🏾.
One of the best ways to build core muscles is to plank. You can plank anytime anywhere!⏱🏖
Today I’m encouraging you to pick a plank variation that works for you and build it in to your routine.
