The Machine is finally back in the gym after a year away.
Tony “The Machine” had a stroke in November last year and its taken him a long time to get to this point.
His my longest serving client of 13 years and I have so much time for him, his been itching to get back in the gym with me and finally we here.
This is exactly why I do the job, because of moments like today when he walked back into the gym. We both got a bit emotional but all happy tears.
