Now open!!!
After a long awaited 4 months we are open for business. With a slight time change and some extra rules we are happy to welcome you to join us for some gains.
New times are:
Mon: 9am-7pm
Tue: 12pm-7pm
Wed: 9am-7pm
Thu: 12pm-7pm
Fri 9am-1pm 2pm-7pm
Sat: 10am-5pm
Sun: 11am-3pm
New rules are:
•Masks are not compulsory but can be worn.
•Pre booked sessions only
•Use hand sanitiser when you enter and leave the gym.
•Please make sure you bring a towel
•Wipe down machines after use
•Train with a partner where possible
•Changing rooms and lockers are closed. Please make sure you come dressed appropriately
•Maintain social distancing where possible
•Strictly no walk ins
