SKE Instructors Course today. Great turnout for theory and practical revision.

This is a special Self Defence Course designed by Sensei Gary James and based on our fundamental Shotokan Karate. Gary has extensive knowledge of what works and what doesn’t work in a real life situation, so this course is essential for all those who may be concerned about safety in everyday life today. Places will be limited as last years course was pretty full.

The Premier for this unique film will be at 7.00pm on Friday 27th September.
A Crystal Palace Masterclass from Sensei Tanaka, Sensei Osaka and Sensei Enoeda, studying the Katas Bassai Sho and Sochin.
Organised twice a year by Sensei Enoeda, I attended from 1985 onwards and took part in both the Spring and Summer Courses. Each year there would be a different set of instructors and the atmosphere was electric, especially when Sensei Yahara, Osaka, Tanaka or Enoeda were teaching.
