The Lynch International School of Dance

The Lynch International School of dance runs regular salsa classes every Sunday in Stratford and Monday in Ilford.

We also offer introductory classes in Social Foxtrot, Rumba, Jive, Cha-Cha-Cha and the Waltz. Our aim is to help you develop your confidence, balance, co-ordination, agility, fitness and health as well as to enable you to network, socialise and have some fun too!!!
