It's official I'm bringing it back!

here is a nice quick full body workout for you to donate home.
1. Press ups
2. Squats.
3. Full sit up.
4. Burpee.
5. Mountain climbers.
do 10 reps each exercise then repeat for as many times as you can in 10/15 minutes do it every day and see how much you improve in the next 7 days.

Routine:-
Rollout
Press up on the bar.

Clean and Press
Back Squat
Shoulder press
