DON’T SPEND ANOTHER YEAR COACHING THE SAME WAY.

Our September Group Mentorship is open, and there’s still time to join.

This isn’t just an online course you work through on your own. You’ll be in the room with expert coaches, putting what you learn into practice, getting real-time feedback and developing alongside a group of coaches who are just as committed to getting better.

You’ll learn online between sessions, then bring it to life through hands-on practicals where you can ask questions, test your coaching, make mistakes, get feedback and improve.

If you’re serious about becoming a more confident, knowledgeable and adaptable coach, this is your chance to invest in yourself.

Your first practical is on 19th September - if you’ve been waiting for a sign… this is it.

DM us to sign up, or link in bio.

Summer’s nearly over. So what’s next for you?

September is the perfect time to reset, invest in yourself and get serious about becoming a better coach.

Maybe you want to feel more confident breaking down complex weightlifting and gymnastics movements. Maybe you want more tools in your coaching toolbox, better ways to read a room or the confidence to adapt when things don’t go to plan.

That’s what our 3-Month Group Mentorship is built for.
You’ll learn online, get hands-on in practical sessions, receive ongoing feedback from expert coaches, put your skills to the test and develop alongside a group of like-minded coaches.

Three practicals, one Saturday a month:
19th September
17th October
21st November

Sign up now and finish by end of November, ready to coach with real confidence.

If you’re ready to take your coaching to the next level, DM us today to get started, or link in bio to sign up.

SEAN BREAKS DOWN THE PUSH JERK

Technical lifts feel scary to teach. Sean makes it simple.

Get tall before you get small (+ celebrate 🎉)

Dip: bend the knees, chest up.

Drive: push the floor away, hard and fast.

Punch: get your head through, lock it out overhead.

Three cues. Zero waffle.

The trick is layering. Don’t throw all three at once. Nail the dip first, add the drive, then bring in the punch. Build one layer at a time and the whole lift clicks.

This is exactly what you’ll learn on the Coaches Ed. mentorship. Our practical sessions involve teachback and you get coaching feedback you can implement straight away. We take complex movements and break them down into easy, teachable bites, with cues, demos and layering techniques you can use in your very next class.

Our next Coaches Ed. Mentorship starts September.
Spots are limited, sign up now (link in bio).

You’ve got the certification, or maybe you’re thinking about it.

You can perform the movements. But somewhere between passing your course and standing in front of your first class, there’s a gap nobody prepared you for.

How to read a room. How to cue the same fault five different ways until one of them lands. How to run a class with three skill levels in it and lose nobody.

That’s what the Coaches Ed. Mentorship is for.

The September intake is open now. Video modules, live workshops, resources you’ll actually use every week, built by expert coaches who’ve run thousands of classes and hit every one of these problems themselves.

Spaces are limited to keep it personal.

Complex movements can feel intimidating to coach, especially when they happen so fast.

Take the sn**ch for example. The entire movement is over in less than a second, but within that second are multiple positions, transitions and technical details that athletes need to understand.

That’s why great coaching starts with having a framework.

At Coaches Ed., we teach coaches how to break movements down into clear, teachable pieces so athletes can learn with more confidence and coaches can deliver with more clarity.

When you understand how to simplify complex movements, coaching becomes less overwhelming and far more effective.

Our mentorships are designed to help you level up your confidence, sharpen your coaching skills, and add more tools to your tool belt so you can coach with greater impact.
