Judo sessions for preschool age children. This is a preparatory program focusing on holistic development of a child to get them ready for future participation in Judo and sport in general.
Preschool Judo programme has three specific areas of focus:
Strengthening: where we apply wide range of activities to strengthen the muscles, develop coordination and balance.
Mobility: where we apply range of activities to sustain good range of joint mobility.
Resilience: We teach how to respect and comply with training structure, with emphasis on spatial awareness, recognition of body parts and positions, specific terminology wildly used in sport's sessions.
This particular session is designed for preschool age children where parents exercise with children.
Areas of focus:
Physical: application of wide range of activities developing all components of fitness
Bonding: an opportunity for parents to grow a confidence in using most important stimuli in child's development like touch, attention and interaction. Early Childhood Stimulation (ECS) improve children's ability to think communicate and connect with others.
Wellbeing: creating an opportunity for establishing a good practice routine where parent is the coach.
