Climbing peak Triglav at 2864m from Krma at 960m in 24h was, and I am sure it will stay, one of the most memorable and inspirational experiences of my life

Triglav with an elevation of 2,863.65 metres is the highest mountain in Slovenia and the highest peak of the Julian Alps. The mountain is the pre-eminent symbol of the Slovene Nation

Triglav was also the highest peak in Yugoslavia (the country I was born in) before Slovenia's independence in 1991

As my crossfit adventure is coming to an end soon, I thought I document a bit more of the madness we do๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’ช๐ŸปMy brain was melting during the 30 minutes and I counted 15 full rounds but the video shows they were only 14 ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป

FROM THIS SUNDAY IN KENNINGTON PARK, LONDON

In a group of up to 12 people we will start with a 15min warm up and mobility drills and we will also do a bodyweight cross-fit inspired 15-20min high-intensity circuit at the end. Expect some serious sweat on this one ๐Ÿ’ฆ ๐Ÿ’ฆ ๐Ÿ’ฆ
The main workout will be more technical but also a conditioning progressional workout leading you to learn and improve your handstand and/or muscle-up. Me and Stefano .stef.94 will work with each of you individually. It is beginner friendly but we can also work with those at intermediate level in both skills ๐Ÿคธโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿคธโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿคธโ€โ™‚๏ธ All we require beforehand from those wanting to learn a handstand is a 60sec plank with good form, and from those who want to learn the muscle-up (with or without the help of a resistance band) 5 strict pull-ups
