My face when people tell me they’ve tried dieting & cardio but can’t keep the weight off (oh, what a surprise 😂)
Meanwhile, I look like this whilst eating pizza 🍕 and only working out when I want to

It’s considered normal to think “What would my family think if...” before even actually doing something 🙄
Basically means you’re codependant AF and don’t have the balls to be real 💁🏽♂️
The anxiety stops you from dressing, speaking and living the way you want to live. You’re playing small 👎🏽
It’s also considered normal to live life with an obsessive need for control:
To worry about the next task going well, then when you get there, anxious about the next one 🤦🏽♂️😂
In reality, tomorrow isn’t even guaranteed 🤷🏽♂️So don’t throw this moment away
And secondly life is supposed to be LIVED, not an equation to figure out in advance
Planning + enjoying the PROCESS, whilst open to change and unpredictability = Healthy living
Stop needing every little thing to go your way

My 2 faces of 2020: “Yes“ and “What the f**k” 😂
We all struggled this year. Our response to that struggle, is what defines who we become 🔑
Overall, I chose to be determined and happy even when I was on my knees
It paid off. Gradually I built a life of freedom here in London, on my own terms
Honestly, I couldn’t be happier right now
Here’s to an even more powerful year
How? Your power is inside you. It can be hidden. But it can never be taken away by what’s happening outside of you
I hope you learn to use it more and more. Because, f**k suffering. You are powerful

Wana’ know what creates anxiety, codependency, and insecurity? Yep 👆🏽
For me growing up my parent’s approval was everything
Every thought began with “What will they think if…”
It’s the same for many. We think if they’re unhappy, it’s our fault for letting them down
Its awesome to care for your parents and want the best for them
But to believe you are RESPONSIBLE for their feelings, is a silent cancer.
Your sense of self, your happiness, then depends on being accepted by others. And this is f**ked up on many levels.
Work, social media, and relationships take an unhealthy control on your happiness
You also chain others to your expectations of them, and become blameful when they don’t live up to it.
You are recycling codependency. Everyone is blaming each other for how they feel
The Answer:
Practice living with the knowing that you are 100% responsible for all of your emotions
And others are 100% responsible for theirs
(obviously there’s a common sense limit to this - don’t be a dick)
This creates space for amazing mental health, and authentic relationships
Individual differences can be accepted and true self expression can flow. Finally, you’re being real
You feel free: sure of yourself, not discouraged by failures or judgements

What’s the best way to feel great about yourself?
Feeling is a mental and emotional thing, so that’s your answer
You have to replace your negative emotions with good emotions
It’s an inside job
If you make the right changes to the way you think, your health and body will flourish
You will naturally want to eat less food. You will naturally want to make all the healthier and more productive choices for yourself

Honestly, the whole nation is being f**ked
You’re conditioned to eat 3 times a day, bombarded by the food industry, fed with depressing news 📰
And on top, dealing with family/career/relationship stress
Of course you’re going to use food as an emotional crutch
Then you’re told to do loads of cardio to lose weight 🤦🏽♂️Ffs
Please understand the truth:
All you have to do is take control of your mental health 🔑
1. Learn to lower your stress levels via positive thinking and mindfulness 🧘🏽♂️You will then feel at ease within yourself
Comfort eating is no longer a temptation if you already feel very comfortable in yourself 💁🏽♂️
2. Learn to feel good about yourself and your life so you’re a walking ball of good emotions 💃🏽
Food then returns to it’s natural place in your life: fuel for your body, not a source of happiness
3. Change a few of your eating habits
And voila 🤩You know how to control your weight without working out or changing your food 👌🏽

2020 is a year where I reinvented myself
A typical day for me is getting up when I want, working when I want, getting paid for what I love to do, and going to bed when I want
I took big risks
But as the year progressed, my fears and doubts dropped more and more
My clarity and confidence kept rising
I’v had the time of my life in the midst of a chaotic year
Above all I have peace (almost all of the time), happiness, optimal health
I don’t say that to brag - I say it to show you what’s possible, even at a time where everyone else thinks it’s not
To get here I had to put in serious work. I couldn’t have done it without my amazing mentors and coaches
I had to destroy layers of anxiety, doubt and guilt
Those are the only things that stop us from creating the life, the health that we want
Taking control of your weight? Building a body you’re super proud of, and in love with? Keeping that body without ruining it with comfort eating?
Being free from worry, being happy within yourself, waking up grateful for life?
All of it starts from the inside

Here’s 2 ways to knock anxiety out of your life 🥊 starting with the most powerful first
Like any skill or strength, you have to continue showing up regularly to build and maintain these methods
1️⃣ Imagine that there is no such thing as time. Literally you have no past and you have no future
Don’t question it. Just do it for a moment, with all your power
Imagine that the only thing that exists in your whole life, is this precise moment, nothing else is even possible
Do you feel the immense sense of ease now? This is the skill of detaching from past/future, and it ends anxiety
This method is a long term, permanent creator of ease. It doesn’t just get rid of symptoms of anxiety, it solves anxiety at it’s root ✅
2. Build your confidence as much as possible. Here you see me in the boxing gym before lockdown 2 began.
Building physical strength, learning new mindsets, new skills, stepping out of your comfort zone, are all amazing ways to feel more confident in yourself
When you have high confidence you feel capable and well equipped to handle any situation, which dramatically drops anxiety levels
What is there to be so afraid of that your body should enter fight or flight mode? In all honesty, nothing in our privileged lives actually warrants anxiety
