Can you hold your breath with me for 1.5 minutes? Hit play and try to match my breath hold as I dive. If you don’t get it on the first attempt, rest for 1.5 minutes and try again. Every round trains your body to tolerate rising CO₂, the key to longer, calmer breath holds. And yes… breath holding on land, outside the water, with no obstruction to your airway, is safe for healthy individuals. Start seated, relax your body, and never push into discomfort.
