This can be applied to so many things in life of course, but also to the gym.

My heart always breaks a little when I see people spending hours on the treadmill, not knowing what they’re doing, trying to lose weight and get that toned body.

That boring treadmill is far from being the answer, unfortunately. Some good nutrition guidance and well-designed tailored programme, that you enjoy doing, will get you much better results, trust me.

Now the real question is, am I smiling in this picture or is it just pain? 😂

First time swimming in deep open waters, first time snorkeling, first time free diving and definitely first time swimming with dolphins – say whaaaaat 🐬

I’ve always been scared of swimming in the deep and not touching the ground so I was a liiiittle stressed when we went at first… and then over 4 days I was able to make myself proud, to surprise and improve myself and of course had an amazing time.

A unique, incredible experience that was made possible thanks to and – you guys rock 🙌🏻

Not going to lie, I’m not very good at starting my routine again after a break (even as short as 10 days).

It always takes me A LOT of effort to start again and find the motivation.

I don’t worry too much because I know that it just takes me a few days to find my feet again and I’ll be walking around the gym floor soon enough (if not tomorrow) because I’ll miss it too much 😂

Having said that, if you’re like me but you don’t have that love for the gym that makes you come back, do you know what you need?
▶️ To set clear, measurable goals for you that will make you want to jump on that train again.

Unlike me who just wants to “get stronger” at the moment.

So basically do as I say, not as I do 🤣

Ah, look at that, a post sat in my drafts, long forgotten… 😂 So, if you’re looking for ideas where to go this weekend, here’s my recommendation 🤩👇🏻

It’s only been a few weeks but I’m already dreaming of visiting again ASAAAAP (find them in kitchen) 🤤 We had a mountain of food and had to roll back home but it was all worth it 😍
