This is a glute and hamstring basic - but it’s SO easy to get it wrong and end up feeling it in your lower back….

Try these steps and let me know how you get on 🥰

Remember you can use a barbell, dumbbells or kettlebells for this exercise- but if you’re a beginner just practice the movement bodyweight to start with, it’s better to get the glute engagement and really focus on form than hurt yourself going too heavy too soon.

Let me remind you - ANYONE selling you a ‘transformation’ package is doing just that - SELLING!!

Women deserve better 💪🏻

This is something I struggle with - and here’s why…

1️⃣ Following a plan for 6 weeks (+/-) doesn’t actually teach you anything about making healthier choices or how to sustain this long term… you stop the ‘diet’ you put the weight etc back on… short term gain 😩

2️⃣ Following an intensive training programme for a short period of time (when motivated to make those ‘after’ photos) will likely put you off wanting to train by the end of it! You will likely be physically exhausted and need some time off! It also doesn’t teach you how to fit exercise into your normal day-to-day life when you are juggling other commitments and usual life routines.

3️⃣ Chances are that your ‘before & after’ photos from the intense plan will be brought out and used year after year to make sales for that company/individual - likely making you feel like you’ve failed in some way if you don’t look like that anymore… with little regard to the non-aesthetic gains made from exercising regularly and consistently…

➡️ Find a coach that focuses on your overall health NOT a quick fix shred/transformation to make sales this summer 🏋️‍♀️
