If you’ve ever watched boxing, you’ll have noticed that boxers spend time wrapping their hands before putting on their gloves.

Hand wraps provide additional support around the hands and wrists, helping protect them during repetitive punching.

Your boxing gloves provide padding, but hand wraps are an important part of preparing your hands for training.
