The National Junior Championships are on at Nottingham Tennis Centre, with some of the very best 9–14 year olds in the country competing.

If you fancy something a little different, pop over for a morning or afternoon and watch some seriously talented young players in action. It’s definitely worth seeing them play first hand, and there’s a café on site too.

It’ll be busiest tomorrow (Sunday) and early next week when there are lots of matches going on. It gets a bit quieter towards the end of the week as the draws get smaller and there are fewer matches.

The matches are also being live streamed on YouTube if you search “LTA National Junior Championships”, but if you’re local I’d definitely recommend popping down and seeing it in person.
