🏐 The next stage of preparation is underway! 🇬🇧☀️

The next phase of the BVF preparation camp, made possible thanks to the BOA Olympic Solidarity Fund for Youth Development, is now underway in Croyde, Devon! 🌊🏐

Many of our aspiring U18 and U20 Home Nation selected athletes will put in a solid 10 days of focused training, with quality coaching, competition preparation and plenty of hard work as they build towards the European Age Group Beach Volleyball Championships in September.

For others, the second week of camp will begin following their own competition prep, giving them the opportunity to put their training into practice before rejoining the group.

Another important step in the athletes’ development — and another great opportunity to train, compete and learn together. 💪

The Euro Beach Volley Championships is over. It didn’t go the way we planned with Bello Brothers but we have learnt a lot from the experience.

Two days of camp done — and what a start to the programme!

Despite the hot weather ☀️, our aspiring U18 and U20 Home Nation athletes put in some serious work, completing double training sessions each day with high-quality coaching and a real focus on developing their game.

It’s been great to see the group come together, challenge themselves and make the most of the opportunity to train in a performance environment as they build towards the European Age Group Beach Volleyball Championships in September.

This is just the beginning, with two more exciting opportunities ahead — a 10-day training camp in Devon and the option to compete in the SideOut London Open.

🏐 Building the next generation of GB beach volleyball talent 🇬🇧

With thanks to the British Olympic Association’s Olympic Solidarity Fund for Youth Development, we’ve been able to bring together our aspiring U18 and U20 Home Nation selected athletes for a programme of high-quality training as they prepare for the European Age Group Beach Volleyball Championships in September. 🌍🏐

This is the first of three exciting development opportunities for the group, designed to give our young athletes the training, experience and environment they need to take the next step in their performance journey.

The 2026 BVF Invitational Cup at the UL Sport Arena has officially come to a close, and what a sensational tournament it was! Over three days of intense international competition, players, coaches, and supporters brought pure passion to the court.

An event of this scale and seamless ex*****on doesn't happen without immense dedication. A heartfelt thank you goes to Volleyball Ireland for organizing and delivering such a magnificent celebration of volleyball.

From providing our national teams with vital international match experience to inspiring the next generation of young athletes watching from the stands, this event was a resounding success.
Thank you to all the volunteers, referees, event staff, visiting nations, and passionate fans who made the trip to Limerick to make this tournament one for the history books! 👏
