Due to high temperatures tomorrow we won’t have our class 😢 but can still meet for a drink and chat at Fearon Hall at 11 😊

I’m off the following 2 weeks for my holiday in Scotland but look forward to seeing you all on my return.

This class is still the highlight of my week and I will really miss seeing you all. Thank you for making it so special and fun.

As a nurse I’ve seen behind closed doors in aged care facilities.

I’ve seen what happens when bodies break down 🦴

I refuse to become a statistic, or reliant on a hoist machine because I spent a lifetime trying to lose the same 5 kilos over and over again ✋

I don’t know about you, but I plan on being the old lady
deadlifting 100 kilos 🤷‍♀️

I want my “old lady body” to be strong, not broken.
And you should too.

You can have skinny. I’ll take quality of life 🌱

Suns shining, the coffee is good, we have fun dance exercise and an indoor picnic after - Fridays at Fearon hall - cannae beat it!
