Job Opportunity - Venue Supervisor

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and talented individual to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment, develop your skills, and make a meaningful impact. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding customer service abilities, maintain a polite and approachable manner, and show clear potential for advancement into a supervisory position. Our golf range is embarking on some exciting new developments, and we are eager to welcome a new team member who can contribute to our vision.
Key Responsibilities

Hands on approach to daily tasks.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers.
Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Support team objectives and business goals.
Once fully trained, opening and closing the venue along with daily cashing up.
Working behind a fully licensed bar.
Keeping the golf range to our high standards of cleanliness.
Reporting to the Venue Manager daily.

Skills and Experience

Relevant experience in a similar supervisor role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
