We train on Mondays (Gymnastics Centre), Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays (SDW-Zone C) and have coaches to help you learn new skills. There is the opportunity for all levels to compete in both the NEUT league and BUCS. Monday (Gymnastics Centre): 9:00pm - 10:30pm
Tuesday (Gymnastics Centre): 4:30pm - 6:30pm
Wednesday: 6:00pm - 9:00pm
Thursday: 5:30pm - 7:30pm
Friday: 4:30pm - 8:00pm
