Charnwood Sports Award Club of the Year 2013, Loughborough Lawn Tennis Club is a friendly tennis club for all levels. Our facilities include 7 hard courts and a club house with a bar and changing rooms. We've been in existence since 1875 making us one of the oldest tennis clubs in the world!

Congratulations to LLTC's Finn and Danny who won 6-2 7-5 in the 18&U Boys Derbyshire/Leicestershire area final at the weekend!
The win keeps them on course to play in the national finals in August at itself!

We're delighted to be hosting the Leicestershire 14&U Girls and Boys county singles finals for this weekend!
Good luck to everyone involved, and best of luck to LLTC's very own Elsie and Hugo, who will be competing for a chance to play at in August!
The action starts at 1pm on Saturday, with the final rounds due to take place between 10am and 2pm on Sunday.

Another week of incredibly close matches for our teams last week!
3 matches finished 5-4 and we also saw 2 tied matches (with one being settled on a shootout).
There's a great atmosphere around the club at the moment, and we love to see it!
This week's matches will be taking place in some very challenging conditions - it remains to be seen whether all of the matches will be able to go ahead due to the extreme weather warnings in place. Stay safe everyone!

We are incredibly proud to share that our Head Coach, Martyn Whait, has been recognised with the highest possible honor for his work in wheelchair tennis - the International Tennis Federation's Brad Parks award.
Martyn has not only fostered a culture of inclusivity in tennis locally, but also driven the sport of wheelchair tennis forward internationally with both his performance coaching, tactical, and analytical work, and also by travelling the world to educate coaches and provide them with the confidence and skills to work with wheelchair tennis players themselves.
Congratulations Martyn, this recognition is well deserved, and hard earned!

An incredibly close week of matches for our teams last week!
8 matches finished either 5-4 or 6-3, and we finished on the right side of 6 of them - credit to everyone for competing so hard in some testing weather conditions at times!
