Hi everyone! We are LSU Pole Fitness - Loughborough University's very own pole fitness society! We aim to make everyone feel welcome to give pole a go!
Here at LSUPF, we aim to enhance your university experience by offering non-conventional fitness based classes. We hope to improve your strength, flexibility and overall fitness with the use of poles. All of our poles are from the recognised brand X-Pole and are completely safe, as well as our instructors being 100% insured to spot you in any moves you don't feel comfortable. We wish to offer a sa

FLEX! We are hosting a fundraiser for to help donate towards the safety of cats! Bring a buddy to flex and have a relaxing stretch to de-stress from exams and get those muscles working after sitting in the library!

Salsa Night Recap 💃✨
Last week we traded poles for the dance floor and had a go at Salsa! From learning the basic steps to finding our rhythm, it was such an amazing experience. 👠🔥
