Summer Bingo is well underway, with the parrot being a fan favourite to get a picture with 🦜

With the current weather forecast, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to get the ‘attend a class on a rainy day’ stamp 🤭

We’re loving seeing everyone’s competitive spirits come out, with some people starting to complete rows already. 💜

This is something we’ve been VERY excited about! 🥹

We’re sure a fair few of yourselves have seen how the front garden at the pod has been totally transformed however if you haven’t had the privilege yet, swipe across to take a peek! Borders in, top soil down and everything cleared and ready for some life and colour 🥰

A huge thank you to Kieran Danvers at Jewson Loughborough for very kindly providing us with the top soil and wood. It’s completely elevated it! Couldn’t recommend them enough. 🤩

Also a massive thank you to Robin and Patrick, who have spent hours and hours of work on this, just out of the goodness of their hearts! If anyone needs their garden landscaping, we can send them your way 😉

If anyone has any perennial plants they would like to donate to the garden, please let us know by dropping us a message. Bonus points for ones that flower in the colour of Hotpod! If you do, we’ll make a special wooden plaque to go next to it with your name on 😍

Summer Bingo is back, and better than ever 🤭

We absolutely loved doing this last year, it was such fun over the Summer, and gave everyone a reason to stay motivated.

This will be landing back in the studio on Monday, 13th July, and will mark the beginning of 6 weeks of stamp filled fun 🤭

Pick up your card, attend a class, collect your stamp (one per class,) and complete rows to give you the chance to win prizes… we have some amazing ones this year! 💜

We’ve had some amazing moments at the Pod lately, but yesterday Patrick and Robin spent about 5 hours working on the front garden for us, and what a transformation 🤭 still more exciting things to come, and still lots of classes for you to book onto, to give yourself the best week possible 💜

It looks like we’ve got some lovely weather coming up, which is an excuse to get yourself booked onto the early morning classes, and come out to sunshine ☀️

It’s Mental Health Awareness Week and Hotpod Yoga has a mission to raise awareness £12,200 for CALM, which is enough to fund £1,000 life saving falls to CALM’s su***de prevention helpline.

To help contribute towards this we’ve added an extra class with Liv on Sunday 17th May, 12-1:15pm, where all the money will be donated to CALM.
We also have a class pack, £30 for 3 rest & restore classes, or nurturing flows. £15 of this will go to CALM.

Everyone will be affected by mental ill health in their lives, either personally or with someone close to you. We’re proud to have a space that benefits a lot of people, but we know others are silently struggling. By supporting us and each other this week we can have a big impact by raising money for a charity that makes a big impact.
