Strength isn't just barbells. Sometimes it's your own body 💪✨

Anyone else been humbled in their yoga practice? 🤣

I strongly believe Yoga should be for EVERY body. 🧘‍♀️💓

Bringing movement into a more accessible format is something that is very close to my heart.

It was such a blessing to cover this community session for the fantastic .cic that shares that same passion- making movement and wellbeing accessible to more people.

Whether you’re new to yoga, have mobility limitations, or simply prefer a gentler, supported way to move — there is a place for you ❤️

In other news our Community Class is back next Sunday! ✨

Behind every "advanced" pose are countless moments of falling out, trying again, and learning to be patient.

Some days our bodies say yes. Some days they say no.

Neither day defines the practice. Yoga isn't about perfection—it's about presence, consistency, and trusting the process.

If you'd like to explore your own practice in a supportive, welcoming space, come and flow with me this week. 🤍

Think this might be my new favourite little flow... 👀💜

A little strength, a little balance, and plenty of feel-good movement. Who's joining me in the pod to give it a go? 🔥

A quick reminder 🙌

Needing an adjustment doesn't mean you're doing it "wrong." 💜

Yoga isn't about chasing perfect shapes—it's about finding the version of each pose that works best for your body 🟣

Here are a few simple form checks I use all the time to help create more strength, stability, and ease in the poses 🧘‍♀️
