A space just for the girls to learn, train, build confidence and have fun! 💪

Our Girls Only Boxing classes are designed for girls aged 10–15, whether they’ve never put on a pair of gloves before or already have some boxing experience.

It’s about much more than boxing. We want our girls to become stronger, kinder, braver and more confident — inside and outside the gym.

At Dennis & Dyer Boxing Academy, we believe every young person deserves the opportunity to discover what they’re capable of.

There are so many young boys and girls with potential, energy and talent who simply need the right environment and the right outlet. Boxing can provide structure, discipline, confidence and support for young people — including those dealing with challenges around ADHD, Autism and Anxiety.

That’s why we’re opening our doors FOR FREE to boys and girls aged 11–16, whether they want to box recreationally, improve their fitness or have ambitions to compete.
