🌟 Ageless & Agile Special One-Off Session in Sutton-on-Sea - just over one week to go! 🌟
As part of our International Day of Older People celebrations, we're bringing Ageless & Agile to The Colonnade Centre, Sutton-on-Sea for a special one-off session! 💚

📍 The Horizon Room, The Colonnade, York Road, Sutton-on-Sea, LN12 2EU
🅿️ Free parking available opposite the Colonnade
Our friendly, relaxed session is open to all ages, but is particularly aimed at older residents.
Come along for a cuppa, a chat and plenty of fun activities, including:
☕ A warm welcome, tea and conversation
📸 Nostalgic photos and memories
🧘 Gentle seated movement and exercise
🧠 A nostalgic quiz to get those memories flowing
🎳 A game of indoor bowls/Boccia, time permitting
💚 Information and signposting to useful local services
This year’s theme is “On Your Doorstep”, so we'll also be sharing useful information about local services such as grocery deliveries, milk and newspaper deliveries, medication services and hot food.
There’s no pressure to join in with anything – we always check with each person before any physical activity, and the session is designed to be relaxed, friendly and accessible.
This special session will also provide an opportunity to find out more about the regular weekly Ageless & Agile group in Mablethorpe, which we hope people from Sutton-on-Sea and surrounding areas might enjoy joining.
